In 2013, Elastopole put together a new strategic road map as part of phase 3.0 of the competitiveness cluster policy launched by the government for the 2013-2018 period.
Apart from its support missions for collaborative research projects, Elastopole has developed a more complete range of services for its members as part of this road map, the objective of which is to facilitate the acquisition of value by new products, processes and services and to promote job creation.
Elastopole responds to all requests from industrial companies and academic institutions for searches for skills within its network and those of its partners (Mécafuture, Polymers Technologies, market clusters) as well as through regional networks (clusters, ARI (regional innovation agency), incubators).

Elastopole provides support to its members when they are looking for funding for innovative projects via devices such as the EIP label, Investissements d’avenir, European funding or even tax credits.
Similarly, the cluster supports its members in their relations with public authorities for funding for investment or research projects.
To support the development of companies internationally and to promote international technology partnerships, Elastopole suggests that its members take part in Mécafuture’s sponsored missions.
The cluster also offers the possibility to its members of having a presence at numerous trade shows for the sector throughout the year, to make new contacts and prospect international markets.
A shared knowledge base for the sector is currently under construction and a customisable technology and economic watch is available via the members extranet.
Every year, Elastopole, as a training organisation, organises several training days, allowing companies in its network to address subjects such as creativity, R&D funding, nanosecurity, industrial property, etc.
Elastopole puts all its skills at the disposal of companies, to provide them with access to manpower trained to match their needs.
